COURSE OVERVIEW

The degree program will prove invaluable to anyone wishing to succeed in the world of business, and will enable you to gain both the skills and knowledge to perform effectively in a cutting-edge business environment.

The aim of the MBA degree is to develop students’ business expertise through an enhanced capacity for integrity, judgment, and intuition. MBA students develop advanced competency in a number of key disciplines including Human resources, Marketing, Finance, International Business, and Information Technology.

The learning goals of the degree are designed to meet the needs of today’s rapidly changing enterprises including areas such as electronic business, finance, banking, corporate accounting, marketing, operations management, employment relations, management in the public, private and international spheres, information technology, engineering, event management, tourism, sport, arts and leisure management.

The focus is on developing specific skills including the ability to integrate accounting, finance, marketing, and management skills for progressive solutions and sound management decisions; capacity for analyzing and synthesizing complex information and knowledge for tactical and strategic business decisions; effective leadership and teamwork skills; designing innovative business models and strategies that adhere to the principles of responsible corporate governance and social responsibility.

ELIGIBILITY:

For MBA admission the candidate must possess Graduation in any stream with an aggregate 50% for General/OBC and 45% for SC and ST Students. (Subject to change as per university directions).

GNIBM TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL

The major objective of campus placement is to identify talented and qualified professionals before they complete their education. It provides employment opportunities to students who are pursuing or in the final stage of completing the course. This process reduces the time for an industry to pick candidates according to their needs. It is a cumbersome activity and hence majority of the companies find it difficult to trace the right talent. It is the responsibility of the companies training on placement to make the students equipped on all aspects of career development along with creating a very good impact on them which makes them feel every minute they spend in the placement training session is worth being there and will help them in getting placed in their dream companies.

The Training and Placement Cell of GNIBM handles the campus placement of all the students of all steams. The Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews, and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies. We are proud to share that our eligible students have achieved more than thousands of offers to date.

• TRAINING: The training and Placement cell is very active to arrange the summer training 1st Year Students of MBA.
